Kanban System Design
Master the Kanban Method with systems thinking approach and practical implementation guidance
Who Should Attend
Are you experiencing these workplace challenges?
- Overburdening (more work than you can handle) and an inability to discuss it?
- Work piling up with no clear visibility into what's actually getting done?
- Teams constantly switching between urgent priorities without finishing anything?
- Unpredictable delivery times making it difficult to commit to customers?
- Bottlenecks appearing and disappearing with no systematic way to address them?
- Feeling like you're working harder but not seeing improved outcomes?
If these challenges sound familiar, the Kanban Systems Design course can teach you how to consistently describe your problems in an actionable manner so you can design solutions that address these problems once and for all.
This class is for those who want to actively participate in improving the delivery of products and services to customers and, speaking more broadly, businesses that are based on the delivery of intellectual work.
Your classmates may include individual contributors, first- and second-line managers, project managers, product managers, technical experts, scrum masters, business unit leaders, C-level executives, their improvement coaches, and consultants.
Note: It is not necessary to take the TKP (or a Kanban Foundations) class before taking the KSD (KMP I). The two classes address different agendas. Some students are interested in one, some in the other, some in both. Both classes are designed not to need any prerequisites.
