What Does Certification Mean?
Understanding Kanban University certificates, credentials, and professional recognition
Certificate of Course Completion
Upon completion of any Kanban University course, students receive a Kanban University (KU) certificate of course completion.
Important: KU certificates of class completion do not certify the student, they only certify that the student took the class at a particular location, on a particular date, and were taught by an accredited trainer in good standing, who used the approved and appropriate instructional design and materials.
Professional Credentials
Successful completion of both KMP I (KSD) and II (KSI) admits the student to a more substantial Kanban University credential: Kanban Management Professional (KMP)
KU credentials, KMP, KCP, and AKC do provide a measure of recognition to the students who attain them.
Note: KU awards no credential for completing the KMP I class only.
Additional Course Benefits
Course Materials
All students will receive electronic copy of the presentation slides
Alumni Network Access
All students will also gain membership in the Kanban University (KU) alumni directory
